We are shutting down West 4th Street for Fun, Food and Books for Kids!

Join the Otto Bookstore for another amazing book festival for kids. Not only will there be a lot of books, there will be a tons of games and activities for the kids! And if that wasnt enough? Kids will get a chance to get there pictures taken with Dog Man, Max Meow, Boomer from the Williamsport Crosscutters and two princesses from Twinkling Tiaras!

The 2026 Featured Authors this year are Ali Barclay, Artie Bennett, John Gallagher, Jimmy Gownley, Shauna Grant, Jay Hosler, Judi Jessick, EP Klopp, Emily Li, Alyssa Maddalena, Kevin McCloskey, Lee Miao, Robin Newman, Chris Ring, Dave Roman, Sofi Wells, Alexandra Wallace along with many other local authors and artists!
