Nature's Explorers: Biology and Farming

Experiencing nature through the perspective of agriculture

NATURE’S EXPLORERS: BIOLOGY AND FARMING is the second in a series of children’s environmental education events to be held outdoors at the Dale-Engle-Walker property this spring. The Nature’s Explorers series allows children to experience nature through such diverse entry points as birds, bugs, plants, art and more—each presented by a Bucknell University professor. On Saturday, April 24, Mark Spiro, associate professor of biology and one of the key leaders of the Bucknell Campus Farm project, will lead the 90-minute session, beginning at 2 pm. Tickets are $7 per child for each session. Register for the Biology and Farming session, or any session, on the Lewisburg Children’s Museum website: https://www.lewisburgchildrensmuseum.org /natures-explorers.
