Looking for a fun way to introduce your child to the many benefits of yoga? Join us as we stand tall in mountain pose, bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra, and sway in tree. We will focus on using our breath to connect our bodies through basic yoga poses that you and your child can learn and practice together at home. Our class will end with a mindfulness meditation to center and quiet our “monkey minds.” Whether you’re brand new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years and would like to involve your family, all are welcome (just bring mats)!
