About the Artist:

Born and raised in Greensburg, PA, Bill ventured to Lock Haven, PA in 1996 to continue his education at Lock Haven University. Bill currently lives in Lock Haven with his beautiful wife Michelle and four-year-old daughter Maia. He is employed by the Lock Haven Express as the Photo & Design Editor. In addition to his numerous awards for graphic design he has also received awards from the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association and Associated Press for his photography. Getting out into the world and capturing that one special moment that may never happen again is what drives Bill to explore new places and sometimes make some 'not so wise' decisions in order to get that perfect shot.
